Well, a couple weeks ago I found the whipped 9 1/2" Single Six. Today I found a 4 5/8". This one is a tad nicer though. Strange that it has a XR3-RED grip frame though. It has been to Ruger for the conversion, I wonder if they switched it out at that time from the XR3.

A very similar condition one was on consignment at my store and I was very tempted. However the $480 price gave me pause. Had the funds but decided to pass. Hope I won't regret it. Nice S/S you got there.
