Brazil-based handgun maker Taurus has agreed to a $39 million settlement in a class action lawsuit alleging some of the company's most popular semi-automatic handguns can discharge when dropped and have a defective safety that allows the gun to fire even when it's engaged.

I have the Mil Pro PT140 and am trying to figure out if it

Is included. What I can find appears not to include the 3rd generation Mil Pro. It has been relegated to trunk gun anyway. $150 for it is a joke if it is included.

It is allot cheaper to design and make them right

in the first place. Doing things on the cheap often is very expensive.

Don't drop it.
