Misplaced hole

Did some chronographing of handgun loads this morning: 38, 357, 9mm, 45 ACP. When I was packing up, I discovered a 45 cal hole in the front screen holder for my old Ohler Chron - after over 35 years of shooting over those screens, I finally nailed one. At least I bought a spare when I bought the unit back then. Either the last shot did it or the screen continued to work after being hit because 45 ACP was the last 30 rounds shot. My luck finally ran out....

I have pushed chrony parts downrange, too.

On my 2 shot with my new freedom arms .475 I took out all three of my sky screens of my old 35 Ohler, 440 grain LBT with a bunch of H110. I made a nice wall mount out of one of the sky screens. :-D :usa:

Brian A. and I took out my Shooting Chrony's front screen with LBT Blue Soft lube strips flung from the RCBS 41-210 KT's from my FA M-97 in the mighty "Fotee Won Manglem" :-( :-P :-D

I never got to put a hole in my Chrony...

But probably should, it has never worked right and gives all sorts of interesting readings. Last time it told me one of my 38 special reloads was going 21,000 fps. That was the same day Mark and I had fun flinging lube through the screen of his chronograph.
