Long, sleek Krag

I was asking about retaining the 30" barrel on a Krag sporter just a few days back. Ran into the one in the link below. It's a dandy and I'd love to try and come close to that layout. I don't know the barrel length and am awaiting details from the auction house but it looks pretty long.

That wood is spectacular.
It's hars to go wrong with Mr Fisher as an example.

Scaling some of the parts on the monitor,

and applying the same ratio to the barrel yields an approximate 26" barrel with the forearm being about 38% of the barrel length (~10").
