Yesterday I had a cardiac stress test because I have been having chest pains and shortness of breath with exercise recently. The results were apparently bad enough that the Cardiologist wants me to get a Cardiac Cath IMMEDIATELY
. I go in tomorrow at noon. It is supposed to be an outpatient procedure, but depending on what they find and do, it could mean a hospital stay. I'll keep you posted. Thanks Tom

I just got home and the results weren't what I was hoping for. I need a triple bypass heart surgery. It could be worse. At least I am still alive and kicking. The Dr was mildly surprised I haven't had a major heart attack with the amount of artery blockage that he saw. This willonly be a minor setback in the grand scheme of things.
