refinished. I don't think the metal has been refinished/reblued and it is 98%. The boss had $1500 on it but I know that is likely negotiable (although I don't know how much so). That is about all I know now. I can get more info OR you can call 540-886-3601 or email nuckolsgun@gmail.com.

try a ruger 96/44 lever 44 magnum.....very accurate !

refinished wood...and the 788 is just not that great of a gun, period...weak dang safety bulky yo tote the mag is at the balance point and is in the way...

talk to him about it and that it will never go to the field again, if it ever did. Also, the last 4 788s we sold in .308 and .243 all went for more than $650 with about 80% finish. We just shake our heads but there it is.

788 made. The 30/30 is 2nd rarest from what I've read.
