Lead Supply?

Hey guys,

I'm in need of some projectiles in .357", .430" and .452" diameters. Weights sought are 158gr, 240gr and 250gr respectively. Velocities will be in the "meh" to "reasonable" range with powders probably being Unique and .... whatever else it was that was in the cache last time up north. In other words, just looking for "standard loading" as it takes a while to build up to the higher level loads and we don't have time to do so.

So, where's a good place to lay in a reasonable supply at a decent price? Shipping would be to SW MO.

Thanks. I looked them and Midway over and was hoping to find better prices elsewhere. It's been too long since I bought bullets - everything seems HIGH, double or more from the last time I bought some. Wish there was time to cast some, although the stash of ingots isn't that big either.

If you don't mind plated, I've had good service from TJ Conevera before.

If you are looking for lead bullets, hands down I would go with Missouri Bullet Company. They have excellent cast bullets and some of the best prices around. Also their customer service is first rate!!!! I've used a fair number of their bullets and have always been pleased.

Another good commercial casting company is Dardas. I ordered 2,000 bullets for 45acp and they shipped the next day. I'm getting to where I only cast my own bullets for revolvers, lever guns and black powder, where I want a sharp flat base or gas check or special lube.
