The Gen4 Glock 19 adventure comes to a final resolution...

Ok, for what it's worth, the reason the 3.5 'minus' connector made the trigger pull heavier is because Glock changed the rear geometry of the trigger bar supposedly in the early Gen4's, but mine is not early. Whatever, the trigger still sucked. So, I ordered a Gen3 G17/34 trigger with a smooth face and a Wolf competition spring kit. I installed the new trigger, my minus connector (again) and THAT gave it a seriously nice trigger. Then I pulled the slide and installed the reduced power striker block spring and tossed the others as I want to keep the factory striker and trigger springs for reliability. Now I have a REALLY nice trigger with a clean smooth break that is no longer severely abrupt and lubed with nothing more than a couple drops of Ballistol. Life is good...again:)
