Meprolight nite sights WARNING
Guys I recommend you stay away from this company . Last year at a gun show instead of buying a new gun I bought 6 packs of Meprolight nite sights for my Glocks.
I mounted up 3 pairs and still had 3 pairs in the factory package. The sights died this year and I called the co. They said the only date was a code on the bottom of the sight and the packages contain no product date or packaging date for the consumer. He had me send the 3 factory sealed packages back for inspection. They just called and said that the date codes were put of warranty and I was SOL.
I got handled all the way up to the co owner who said it was my own fault I bought old sights not his. I said that you as the manufacture give me the buyer no way to know how old the sights are. He said you should have bought your sights from us direct. They refused to do anything for me and he then hung up on me. I am out a ton of money and I just can't believe they did nothing to me. He basically. He said buyer be ware and I didn't rip you off but the guy that sold them ripped you He Didn't even offer a discount on replacement. He just hung up on me. If you value your money I would recommend staying away from this company. J.Michael
That is POOR customer service for sure. NM
.
I'd trash them on all the forums for sure.
The should have a date of manufacture on the package so the consumer can decide.

That's what I said. He said someone would just repackage them.
The Trijicons I bought 15 years ago for my G21 still work
Just saying.
Who did you buy them from?

I tried to order some for my Taurus PT140 - major runaround
You will see some ugly things about the company if you google them. I am surprised they are still in business.

Just a vendor that sells a lot of cop stuff.
Mine, too...
... although, only faintly.
They said they had them but were always out of stock
I contacted them and don't recall the response I got back but I remember thinking that is not the way to run a company.
