NOE bullet moulds
For those of you that might not be familiar with him, Al Nelson operates NOE Bullet Moulds out of Provo, Utah, and he makes first-rate stuff! I just got this NOE 452-230-HP mould from him and I'm about to go cast up a few hundred to test in .45 ACP and .45 Schofield. This is a very well made bullet mould.

They get great reviews over on the cast bullet forum.
That looks great!

Of the Troops & For the Troops
I own 5 NOE molds now.
Al is a great guy and their customer service is outstanding (that is if you have a problem with one of his molds). You will find nothing but good things about Al over on Castboolits.
Not to mention that word custom always seems to bring up thoughts of high prices. I don't mind one bit spending the money on a NOE 4 or 5 cavity mold. You will pay every bit of what you would pay for a new Lyman. And, Al's molds drop bullets nice and round.
If you're a caster, do yourself a favor and mosey on over to NOE's website. One word of caution though, his molds can be addictive as all get out.

Can't Wait
For the report, I will be looking into a new HP mold for the ACP this fall, this looks like it could be a real contender. What is the mold number?
Dave
It's the .....
....NOE 452-230-RF HP version.

Thanks
Thanks Glen!
Update
This is what some of the test loads look like. I'm going to load some test loads in .45 Schofield as well.....
Looks Good!
What are you seating them to in the ACP? Looks like they would make a decent carry load for a 45 Colt as well.
Dave
I like that!
