Used to fly over here frequently, and still do on occasion. Of course, these guys are the "Night Stalkers" from Ft. Campbell, so I don't worry about 'em too much.

One night about 9:30 the dog and I were standing in a field a couple hundred yards from the house when a Chinook came over very low. Just for grins I waved at them, and the pilot flashed his nav lights in return. I knew he was watching us with his NVGs or more likely IR.
