I need to have a Waltham's broken mainspring replaced. The Waltham repair center in NJ wanted almost $700! Can you recommend a more reasonable repair center, please?

Boge, didn't Thurman Whitsett used to have a shop upstairs in the Arcade? He did work for me several times before I retired. Nice fellow.
I didn't get to know him until after he retired...

...he is a great guy, does fine work, and does it at a fair price. It takes me several hours to get out of there each time I go, he's so fascinating to talk to.
