I own a rental property (I will not call it "income property" until it turns a profit and that doesn't look too promising) and I had to serve an eviction notice today. I've done it before but I have never liked it. It went better than I expected and the young man took it well.
Now hoping the next 30 days (MN notice) passes without incident...

to press a bit to get his ducks in a row. His hours have been cut in BOTH his jobs as have his wife's. They will not allow more than 30 hours per week (sound familiar). We have even reduced the rent! Sad.
