Almost finished with "The Third Bullet". Conspiercy theory tale about the Kennedy assassination. Not sure what I believe in that whole thing. However, it is a good read. Much better then his previous "Soft Target". His knowledge of firearms is head and shoulders above other like authors.

Hunter is an avid shooter, which is why he gets so much of the firearms stuff right in his books.

He's a pretty good storyteller. Not all of his books are great, but not one of them is a bad read.

I like the book as well, but I don't buy the story line of the assassination he developed. It makes much more sense than most of the nonsense folks have put out though. Hunter is a collector and shooter and makes a genuine effort to get the details right. He is a fine story teller even without that.
