check out the R51 Remington 9mm
That Jeff Quinn reviewed on gunblast. Single stack, compact. The only safety is a grip safety and it's not tupperware!
I am really looking forward...
...to playing with one of those.
I am really looking forward...
Me too. Looks very interesting on the GB test.
Reminds me of my Makarov but in full 9mm
Nm
Vector+Whitney Wolverine+LCP
I can't say I'm crazy about the look, but how it feels in the hand is more important.
That backwards looking rear sight bugs be though. lol
I get the point, but I dunno.
It is the trigger that bugs me. When I look at it
I see a pinch point between the bottom of the trigger and the trigger guard.

It does remind me of the triggers on
..the "sticker guns" , suction cup dart guns I had as a kid.
yes, the ones where we took of the suction cup and stuck a
needle or small nail into the end instead ?
Did we ALL do that?

Definately a potential pinch point; I like the full length grip safety. Need to hold one.
yes, and i would be shocked, or disappointed , if
we didn't !!
Bass-ackwarrd sight bothered me too...
I am generally against buying any new design, or 're'-design (Glock Gen4) until it's been in the market a couple of years. I have yet to be sorry for that approach.
Will keep on keepin' on with my LCP, for now.
Bass-ackwarrd sight bothered me too...
I understand the concept of the rear sight, use it to rack the slide one handed against the endge of a table or any square edge, and it makes sense to have the smooth side "UP" when drawing the gun.
But it just doesn't look right. Being a big Smith & Wesson fan, I'm going to stick with my Shield as a 9mm concealment piece.
