These are tough times here in NY
The Sheriff in my county (Erie - Sheriff Howard) won re-election by more than 50% of the vote county wide. He is vocal in his opposition to the unSAFE act and repeatedly said he will not enforce it. I hope his victory and other like victories will be a guide for other politicians.

All the safe act is doing is....
The only thing the safe act has done is create the same situation that prohibition did in the 20's. A total disregard for the law and turning law abiding citizens into criminals overnight. This one law has turned many people into anarchists. Everyone I know will rebel against most new laws that are passed. That is the real reason prohibition was repealed. The government was afraid everyone would disregard all new laws. Not because it wasn't working or was creating more organized crime.
