I'm thinking #4 Buck out of a full choke for pattern density and enough penetration to get to the battery and motors.

those blaze orange marking are much more visible than grouse feathers, should be easy to establish a lead.

I remember an episode of Redneck Rocket Science a few months back where the old guy shattered an incoming frozen watermelon (catapult launched to simulate an incoming meteor/asteroid) with a scopesighted .30-06. Several tries with various shotgun loads had failed to stop the melonmeteor.
