ER are you any relation to the old bullet maker Sisk????
Hmm...I looked up some images...
And they are pretty close but the description says no eyes and this little thing has two pretty pronounced eyes and the little barbs on its abdomen are hard to see but it looks like it has three of them. I tried looking up Tripura and mostly get silverfish.
Where did you find it?
Where (to include geographic location), on or in what?
Is there any chance it is an exotic, ie: found in the kitchen after bringing home produce.
Answer me these questions three, and I will poke around a bit in the AM.
Crawling on my bed last night...
Thought it was a spider but it looked kinda funny so Dee grabbed me a jar and a scooped it up. Definitely not a spider. I live in Texas and don't ever recal seeing one of these before.

Assasin Bug Nymph
Sent a picture to the website linked below and they emailed me back "Assasin Bug Nymph belongs in the garden, not the bed". Apparently they can and do bite. Very glad I caught him first.

I see you found it yourself. Good job. I had basically eliminated multiple orders right off and was on the trail when I noticed the post that an ID had been made.
Do you grow tomatoes? Those things can make a good living in a tomato patch.
No tomatoes this year....
With the wedding a lot of things got put off and the garden was one of them unfortunately. I set it free in the mums with a stern warning about entering my house again:)
