I fear this year may be my swan song when it comes to climbing trees and hunting with bow and arrow,so I've elected to finish with the "kit" that I started with many years ago.

A young bowyer in Ohio made this for me last spring.

My hope is to take one last deer with it, and maybe a turkey this fall

Today my mettle will be tested as I attempt to stalk and kill various and sundry foam critters that are currently known to be prowling a certain local "savannah." I shall endeavor to do my best.
