To keep it short. A young man I met who was in the court system doing community service, turned out okay and became like a son to me.

Sadly, he's been put through the wringer recently (i.e. divorce) and fallen down. He just left my home with his family on the way to rehab. He'd been clean & sober for 7 years. It takes courage (a lot) for someone who has relapsed to get back up and fight again.

I know most folks have their opinion about people and drug abuse. But let's face the fact that most of us know someone, or have a family member who is addicted.
