Big hat and a full white beard

I was struck by the thought this morning that one of my favorite singers and one of my favorite authors both have a tendancy to show up in public wearing a big white hat and sporting a full beard. They are also men of character. let's hear it for Charlie Daniels and John Tatfin!
Well, I'm relatively certain . . .
. . . that Charlie likes guns.
Wonder if John can sing?

I "SING" A SOLO EVERY FIRST SUNDAY AND I DO
JIMMY DURANTE PROUD, DID "SEPTEMBER SONG" THIS MONTH AS I OPENED THE SERVICE WITH ANNOUNCEMENTS AND SCRIPTURE. OCTOBER WILL BE "AUTUMN LEAVES" AND NOVEMBER IF I RE-COUP ENOUGH FROM KNEE SURGERY WILL BE "OVER THE RIVER"
