Can anyone ID this?
it is a straight pull 30-40 w/ a K located on the bolt, and on the receiver. Also what appears to be 3 circles and a crown on the front left of the receiver.

8x56R Hungarian(?). Straight pull rimmed cartridge. Pure-D guess, but I'd think the rim would be close to the Krag. If so, you'll need Mannlicher-type clips to shoot it as a repeater.

Looks like you nailed it, Thanks!
Indeed, as Hoot indicated that is a M-95 straight pull
of WWI Austro-Hungarian fame. Obviously not in original trim.
Uses proprietary en-bloc clips. The Nazis issued them as police and secondary weapons during WWII. Some Nazi-marked ammo floating around not too many years ago. The original 8x56R cartridge pushed a 206gr slug to around 2400fps.
As Hoot also mentioned, it is not a far reach to reconfigure one of these to 30-40 Krag.
