Mine is included. Is yours before the 500000 number? Mine is 563xxx.
yes, I seldom do, but I bought the first one I saw.
I managed to dodge both the Shield and the XDs screw ups.

I am debating if I will send it in or not. I hate to send what appears to be a perfectly good gun in to get "fixed" I may wait and see what the perceived problem is.
Of course I just polished all the innards on mine.
They couldn't have released this two weeks ago before I spent all that time?
I understand. I would really like to know
What parts will be replaced.
I agree ... Mine is in the range, but darn it ...
It has been an outstanding gun. Learning curve to chamber a round but once past that, nothing but praise.
Third hand info, but FWIW, disconnector & grip safety.
.
Interesting. Thanks for the info.

I can't believe how easy it is to hit with. It rivals a full
[size 1911. We still have a LCP that hasn't been fixed. I should probably do that at some point.

This was my second time shooting it, right after I "polished the innards".
Nothing amazing, I was more testing the camera than anything else. First shot took a while as I was waiting on an airplane.
8" plates at…. I wrote 50 yards, but with was a bit farther than that.
Was the car awaiting penetration tests?
I've been thinking of getting one of those glasses mounted video cameras to record my shooting. I think (my personal opinion) that I'm about 6 months or less away from cataract surgery. One eye is "ripe" and the other has just a bit to go.

Someone needs to park their car a bit further back
from the line...
Yahoos might plug it.
My car, and I'm the only yahoo around. ;)
I sold those glasses to a friend. I loved the video quality, but I bought them for shooting USPSA. But when shooting that way ("action shooting") I have a really aggressive stance, head down, shoulders hunched, leaning waaaay in. So what I ended up with was really nice videos of my wrists.
:D
I had never thought about that with the glasses...
i.e. that I'd be taking photos of something I wasn't really looking at.

When I "move and shoot"...
I shoot like this.
(you can see my old hat cam in this shot)
I never realized I did it till someone showed me pictures.
The XDs video above was shot with a Pivothead cam (about $300 GULP)
Here's a friend with the same setup, he shoots "normal".
Here's me, same match, same cam, only I have a big piece of foam under the nose piece to bring the POV up, it was my last attempt at making them work. It was hard to shoot because there were too high, and the foam was distracting. Only the second time I shot revolver this year with some awful reloads that wouldn't chamber. I fought the gun the whole match. A pretend ICORE match… I don't like having to aim that much. lol
Even with the foam and it jacked way up, it didn't work. Maybe good enough… but not $300 good enough. lol
