100 years ago today, the "Dashiell Gun', my triple lock,

was shipped from the factory to a San Francisco outfitter called Dunham, Carrigan, and Hayden.

I have intended to make a series of pictures and words about this firearm, and its significance to me, but haven't yet finished the project.

Never the less, I want to commemorate the date in writing, if not smoke. This week, live fire will ensue.
