Sorting through some range pick up brass the other day, I came upon this oldtimer:

Has the primer been pierced or just appear that way ???
The Rem-UMC makes it fairly old. Depends on your age. Don't believe I've seen one since the mid fifties ???

But it is split halfway down one side. I'm 42, so I would assume the case predates me by a good margin.
