Almost bought a couple of those back in my younger days. I ended up getting a real Lightening (wish I would have kept that one!) and that satisfied my old double action desire for awhile! I have owned a few oddball knock offs in my years though. I had one Spanish double action that was a dead ringer for a smith outside but inside it looked more influenced by Colt's design. I also had a Spanish S&W copy that was marked 'for .32 Winchester cartridges'. Fired .32/20 brass looked like it was bored straight through with a .38 reamer until the last 1/4" that sharply necked down to around .32 caliber. Funny thing is it shot fairly well!! Needless to say, I pitched the brass after one firing!
