Well, that's a relief...
According to the weather report, it's only 102.2° outside.
But it 'Feels like 103°.'

In Washington???
We've had a pretty mild day today with bands of showers and thunderstorms.
Most of the Eastern side of the State is considered 'desert'
The Cascade Mountains cast a pretty long rain shadow, so the 'Evergreen' part is mostly on the 'Wet Side'.

I lived in Belview in 1980...
Most beautiful weather I've ever had to suffer:) Came home for a 2 week visit in June during one of the hottest and longest heat strokes Texas ever had! Beautiful place to live if not for all the moonbat libs. It was culture shock for me!
Only Seattleites consider it so!
Having grown up on the north end of the Palouse, I know that Warshinton has 3 major zones, Western Rainy, CENTRAL Desert and Eastern Wheat and Grass country. I've hunted and biked all 3 over the years. You find blacktail out here on the west end, mulies in central and whitetail over on the east side.

Dagnabbit...I *TRIED* to word that 'just right' (!)
But I guess it's true: The West Side really is all 'wet'.

except the burg where I now reside; our rainfall is about the same as Spokane. Except today, but then, I needed time on the loading bench!
