That 3" model 12 round butt would be a great one to have! Lighter weight, nicely pack able. If only it were a .357 to have the option of more punch!
A little 3 inch Smiff weirdness here.

AkRay and I traded a 4" 547 back and forth many years ago. I'm sure we both regret selling it now.
Hey Andrew. I remember it as a 4" gun with a square butt
and I made a whole $5 when I decided it didn't do anything my Model 10 wouldn't do and resold it. I think I was also trying to put together money to buy a new refrigerator, so it wasn't a completely irresponsible sale. I've missed owning that S&W 547 many times.
