This is Caitlyn's best friend forever, Katie. They met in third grade and were never apart until Caitlyn was killed. Caitlyn was MI with 35th Combat Aviation Brigade and Katie with a transportation MOS in Ft. Carson attached to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) living and training with the snake eaters.
She sent us this picture of a while back of her training for a all expense paid trip somewhere. In the new Army she will certainly not be a REMF.
