All this over an inch and a half of rain? What was the factory made of, adobe? That's a spring shower in Nebraska.

rain just this week dumped 1" inten minutes and that isn't unusual. H ad 11" in one afternoon earlier this spring.
I'd suspect a clogged roof drain(s).
