.308. What else is there?

The range is just north of the house. Forest Service unsupervised range.
The photo is of the 50 yard range. The 100 yard range is separated by a berm. Six shooting stations on each range.

95 degrees keeps the riff raff away.

Very nice...My old tang safety 77 is in 308...I like it.

I find the same thing at our range at 105 plus, in the shade. Tough to keep ammo at normal. Definitely have to down load in the summer. Flat primers and difficult extraction. My load for the 300 Win Mag is 77.0 gr. H-1000 with the 200 gr. SMK In 100 plus temps I drop it to 70.0 gr. for same velocity that's with the ammo in the shade. Would not shoot it exposed to sun. :-P
