Charles,
I may be wrong, but I believe there are two different heights of plunger levers. While they look exactly alike, it can be a matter of only a couple of thousandth's that determine if it works properly or not.
Hopefully, someone can come along and verify that. I'm certain I've seen them offered in 2 heights.

That is evidently correct
According to what I found, there are three sizes/heights marked "1", "2", or "3".
On the 1911 Forum, the well-known gunsmith, Don Williams, said this regarding height:
...I try to shoot for about .120, though I know that .100 is supposed to be minimum. The #1 lever is the highest lifting of the three common levers, though Colt did make one that was stamped "N" for a while, which did lift it higher. This lever has since been discontinued, and most 'smiths will bend the lever to get more lift.

It also appears the "N" lever @ MGW might be something else

That is what I needed. These parts are common to all Colt Series 80 1911 autopistols. I ordered one out. I was not familiar with this company. Thanks..
You're most welcome
