Looking for a Blued Redhawk, preferably with 5.5" barrel
The caliber isnt that important, but would also prefer wood grips but that too isnt critical...
I can help with the wood grips...
but you can't have the RH.
Seriously, I do have a set of wood grips sitting here doing nothing. Holler if you want 'em.
Gonna hang on to my 41 5.5 RH..
its a keeper.

So, will you tell us what kind of project you're contemplating?
My uncle wants to have Bowen build him a 50 special
He has a pile of single actions both custom and stock, but only one full blown custom double action. So making a big Redhawk into one just seems to make since to him. Is is not particularly computer savvy so finding a gun for sale on the web is where I come in.
The plan is to just shoot the Redhawk with equivenlent recoiling loads and see that it is still comfortable and if so ship it off to Bowen, if not figure out what else to build it on. It is utterly just a gun without purpose other than fun, you certainly can drive 300-350 bullets in a 44 mag at any velocity he would ask the 50 special to do but then that's been done by everyone right?
