Is a Remington 81 a BATF classified Curio & Relic firearm?

We have to ship one from the shop and the fellow wants to use his C&R. I'm too tired too figure it out. Anyone know offhand if it qualifies (I believe it does)?

have to appear on the ATF list. Production ended more than 50yrs ago, so unless it has been significantly altered in some way, it is C&R eligible.

Yes. Falls under the 50 year old rule, as Remington stopped producing them longer ago than that.
