Went out to breakfast with my beautiful wife and daughters, then took my oldest daughter for a drive up in the mountains. It was 101 at the house, a nice pleasant 74 on top.

We took the TJ out for a 150 mile cruise (topless of course) and played tourist.
I wish we had some country like yours to explore in our Jeep. Maybe there is some down in the Ozarks, but most of the land here is in private hands.

You'll need a map from the state that shows which parts are public and which are private. There's several parts of the MT scattered across MO - some of them have some great places to cruise around in. The MT on the North Fork of the White, for example has some nifty backwoods spots in it where you can set up a primitive camp and enjoy life off the beaten track.
