Yep, I'm proud to be from Missouri...
And to have pestered my state representative and senators about this...
Like they say in the Valley, that's 'Awesome!'
Not to mention rather more like it.
I'm not exactly an 'absolutist' on 2A issues, but I do think that things have gone rather too far.
Suppressors are an obvious example: I think they should be free-and-clear to buy and sell. What we have now makes no sense at all, particularly in an ever more crowded world.

I am too. Way to go MO.
.
We may all end up...
in MO, someday, if the idiots keep passing insane laws that don't make any sense whatsoever.
Did the same thing in Kansas a few weeks ago.
Holder has already sent threatening letters to our governor on how its "unconstitutional". Brownback's response was to the effect that was for a Court to decide and not the Obama Administration.
Did similar, but if you look...
at this bill, it states that none of the federal rulings from the 30's on up to date and into the future will be enforced in Missouri against Missourians. Including federal controls on NFA items. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Shades of Unintended Consequences...
without all the sex and violence...

Of the Troops & For the Troops
TN legis. proposed it but stopped with constitutionality
Concern. Haven't we fought a war or two over this in the past couple hundred years?!?!
SCTMGAR - Still Clinging to My Guns and Religion!!
Did similar, but if you look...
Ours goes a bit further back...to 1861 when we were granted statehood.
TN legis. proposed it but stopped with constitutionality
Unfortunately, we don't have a governor with the cojones to tell the Feds to go pound sand. He wants that federal money, boy.
Another reason I plan to retire back to Missouri nm
.
Yep, lookin' better all the time.
