Safely home last night from CSA
Marty and I are safely home, after a long ride.
We left Clarksville at 2:30pm hit snow around the time we got on I-57 in Southern Missouri. I didn't want to stop for the night in Illinois due to their stupid gun laws, so we pushed till Terre Haute, IN at 1:30am and got a hotel room.
Left Terre Haute at 8:30am and ran out from under the snow 50 miles North of Indianapolis. Arrived here at 7:00pm.
The driving was lousy, with more Darwin Award candidates on the road than I've seen in a long time.
There were at least 50 cars in the ditch along the way.
The trip was a success though, getting a chance to see folks again made it worthwhile.
I didn't get to talk to nearly as many folks as I wanted, but it was good to see everyone.
Many thanks to Rob Leahy for being auctioneer, and Jason Freeman for organizing the whole thing.
You guys did great!
Mark
Glad to hear Mark.
All the weather maps had the snow following your route and we were wondering. We didn't have much really. Today will be spent inspecting and cleaning firearms.

Nice to see you again Mark. I ran out of the cloudly cold and into sunshine just as I crossed from Oklahoma into Texas. Glad you got home safe.
That is great to hear.
As always, it was good to see you folks. Need to do that more often.

Good seeing you Mark. I hope Marty is feeling up to feeling 100% again.
Murphy
Thanks folks
Murphy, Marty thanks you for your concern. She wanted me to apologize for not being more involved, but the cold she has was kicking her hind end.
It was definitely worth the drive and lousy weather to see everyone again.
