Still up in the air for me. My youngest was due home from Kandahar next Sunday, but has been delayed. His welcome home is going to trump my attendance, so I hope the delay isn't too long.

I had two other events this month that I have to do, so this year is a bust. I am sure I will see everybody at the next one.

I will miss you and all of the guys as well. John and I spoke a couple of times already, so he knows I am not able to attend this year. I will be there in spirit. Have a nice slug of Boge's Stewart's Rootbeer for me. That is top shelf stuff. I brought home a quart of Jasper County's finest today, not as good. Hell for stout, but pretty back holler tangy. It would make a good dental anesthetic.

It's time ya'll have a "live webcast" of all the festivities. (Actually, I have no idea how one would do this, but I watched my first one last month of the big archery shoot in Las Vegas.) My daughter showed me how to put it on the computer and I watched it live, the whole weekend. Maybe you guys can do this.

I'll be there, and unless something untoward happens, so will a handful
of the Stephenson clan from Tx and NC.

We will be there on Friday afternoon sometime.
Initially, we were planning on a Thursday AM start from Northen Michigan, but work obligations mean we won't be leaving till Thursday evening.
We'll drive till we're tired and get a motel, finishing the 17hr. trip on Friday.

My son's return home from deployment has been delayed. The latest estimate is that he'll be home on the 23rd.
