The sum total of intelligence in the world is a constant, the population is increasing.

And I'm guessing some have not been getting in line for their share.

Very true!

The problem for most people is twofold:

1. To exercise intelligence, you have to have some in the first place; and

2. the key word in #1 is "exercise". Many people are just too dang lazy to exercise either their minds or bodies.

As I have heard said on several occasions, "It ain't what he don't know that's the problem - the problem is what he KNOWS that ain't so!"
