A heads up please on ok or tx hog hunts........

I would like to take my son on a hog hunt this spring and need advice on ranches that the board has had actual personal experience with.

Some years ago I went on a hunt in OK and it was a complete ripoff flop.

Any insight is welcome.

Been a few years but I've been to Chain Ranch in Oklahoma a couple of times and it was fine. Its just south of Kiowa County so not that long a haul.

Two places I can recommend highly.

The Langley Ranch near Centerville Texas (halfway between Dallas and Houston)
Hogs only, free lodging in their camphouse, great experience

Hogs + Exotics, another great experience, staying in their Lodge is extra
