You'll need to use the "I forgot my password" that shows up when you go to log in. Enter your email address and click the button. Follow the link the system sends you.

The other option is, if you've got it set up to automatically log you in on one of your computers, go to your account (click your login name at the top right of the page) and then scroll down to where it gives you the option to change your password. It's the third option from the top, Username, Avatar, Password. Click "change password" and the old password should be already entered in the "Old Password" box (assuming you've got it set to automatically enter your password on the site) so then type in a new password twice and click "Ok". This software does not allow me to reset your password for you so those are your two options.

attempt to reset it from this end by using your email and requesting a new password from the system. Just let me know.
