Last night at our annual company Christmas dinner(there's 8 soon to be 9 of us working at the Craig Branch)there were gifts given out to those of us with milestones to celebrate. Travel, both time and expense prohibit us from have one big party so each branch does there own thing. We had three of the 8 of us reaching milestones. Clinton hit the 5 year mark and received a nice gift of a pocket knife very much like the one I received at my five year mark nicely engraved and our Port Manager Mike received a very nice Glass/Acrylic? plaque in honer of his 20 years of service. Myself hitting the milestone of 10 years which is the one our Company owners consider the big one received a very nice gift of a Ruger SR1911. One of which I will cherish and keep forever. Thanks for letting me Share/brag. Dennis[image] [image]

Congratulations Dennis.

The company you work for is to be commended. Not only do they know how to pick great employee's, they know how to reward them accordingly.

Wow, my company wouldn't give me a pistol for my anniversary. Heck, they will fire you if you have a gun in yourvehicle.

Very nice Dennis, I'm certain you earned it.
Did the local fuel company fill that technician opening they had some months ago?

Mark

I got a $1200 Swiss watch for my service

by Bob Hatfield @, Sunday, December 23, 2012, 05:39 (4335 days ago) @ Dennis Eugene

Mark, surprisingly to me we could not find a tech to hire and they ended up helping one of our present employees get his hours in order to complete the process of obtaining his Lic. and we ended up hiring on Freight man/fuel delivery driver full time and one simi retired man part time. So the long answer to your question is yes but in a round about way. Hope this does not confuse you. Merry Christmas Dennis

Great company...love that SR1911...
