Perhaps they are waiting to see if the Mayan Calendar solves the issue once and for all.

Joking aside, which was in extremely poor taste considering the victims, it seems that the NRA has shown a gradual pattern of easing back from certain issues. I'm afraid they are more than susceptible to the Politically Correct virus.......

They can barley be relied on more than our congress critters when things get hot (unless we're talking about fund drives, that they do reliably when things get hot).
