The first pic shows the tool, with the case holder/decapper, the cartridge block and the primer punch with the adjusting wheel. The other end of the tool holds the sizing with the case holder/decapper running through it.

The second pic show the back of the tool with the nut on the end of the decapper. When resizing this is replaced with an case expanding rod (.358) and the sizer is moved into the forward position shown by the forward hole in the main rod. The pointed gizmo on the end is for belling the case mouth. Sorry for the dust.

The 3 pic shows the decapper raised with a case on it. It is lowered into the cartridge block when the handle is moved foward.

The 4 pic shows the case in the block. Move the handle forward and the primer pops out. Put a new primer in the trough in the block and move the handle toward the rear and a new primer is seated.

Pic 4 ended up being on top, but you can figure it out.

Bullet seating is accomplished in a straight line hand die.

That's odd, my 1943 Belding & Mull catalog states that the

bullet seater comes standard with the Model 28. I wonder if that changed over the years?

My B&M catalog is a 1949. It shows the bullet seater that fits on the tool, but says it is "optional", they still sold the hand seater at that times as well. My tool may have had the optional seater, but it was long gone before the tool fell into my hands.

Thanks Charles!
