My wife just closed on a house in Texas, so I guess at some point I will be taking up permanent residence in the Lone Star State.

Hope its not near the big cities, they are a pain. Lived in DFW 10 years. Liked Texas.

Been to Texas several times, nice place from what I have seen in the northeast area. Dallas/Fort Worth area is ok, too busy for me, much prefer the country side.
