We always get there Thursday afternoon, that way we can visit and shoot for two days.

Probably drive up on a Friday, check into a motel, shoot and visit Saturday and Saturday night head out to Devil's Den State Park for Sunday and Monday. Might try to get there a lot earlier Friday for more time.

Setting the date is one of the duties I relinquished along with arranging for the Saturday meal.
My home will still be available for gathering before, after, and during the gathering.
