Found a box of new brass that had '33 Winchester' handwritten on the outside of the otherwise plain white box. Did a check online and came up with an Italian company and another company in California 'Specialty Metals, Inc' from California which seems to be out of business. Don't know if either of these may have produced this brass, does anyone recognize this headstamp?
