I've gone from a high of about 3 years ago of 281 Lbs, down to 204 Lbs a few months ago.

Waist was 42", now I can wear a size 36". But with the size 36" I don't carry as much in my pockets as I once did. Sooooooo, I had to address the carry issue also. It is nice to be able to pack on both sides.

Plants and protein. Eat more lean meat and no bread or spuds...
I have been two weeks with gout in my old right wrist break... So left handed, carrying a 1911 on both sides with plenty of room, now. and the Xds in a pocket holster... saw all the 380 carriers... I am glad more folks are carrying!

2 1911s and a XDs45 with spare ammo, a couple lights and couple blades... I sold my last 380 to a friend for his wife.
