<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Or at least it seems that way every spring and fall;  from the garage door opener to the clock on the reloading bench and only ONE re-sets itself.  Even the cycle computers on the bikes have to be re-set.  If for no other reason than my laziness, I favor discarding daylight savings time.<br />
