I've got three of those micro's (reply)

Two of them are on .22's but the oldest is on an Ultimak rail on my AC556. If it holds up to full auto .223 mounted on the barrel it should do OK on the .357

My pick for an inexpensive red dot...... (reply)

I've had one on an AK for a few years now - IF I remember to turn the darn thing off when I am done, it works great.

Also have nothing but good to say about the vendor. - JM.

Mid price holo sight or red dot for GP100? (reply)

My oldest son has a Tru Glo holosight on his AR-15. He's only had it a year, but its probably the only thing he's owned during that year that he hasn't managed to break or knock out of zero.

Mid price holo sight or red dot for GP100?

My son has decided the 2.5 X scope on his GP100 is too much bulk and is interested in a mid price holo or red dot ($100 - 200 range). Any suggestions? I've been checking out reviews on Truglo and Mueller. Burris is on the higher side. He is left eyed and right handed. Close range not so much a problem with a handgun, but longer range is a different story.
